• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health conditions, needs, and treatment aspirations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, collaboratively tailored to meet each client's unique goals and enhance their overall well-being.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies to inspire meaningful progress.
• Deliver teletherapy and virtual session services, ensuring continuous accessibility and support for clients regardless of their location.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, employing your clinical skills to address urgent issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, keeping abreast of the newest research, therapeutic approaches, and mental health standards.

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a commitment to a non-judgmental therapeutic approach.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
