What this job involves -

As an Assistant Project Manager at JLL, you will be providing reliable, timely, and professional support to Senior Project Managers on large projects initiatives and function as secondary support, leveraging opportunity to shadow and expand PM experience. The successful candidate will require necessary experience with minimal oversight to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload involving all types of projects.

What is your day to day?

  • Manage end to end small scale, single vendor projects
  • Weekly submission of access keeper requests
  • Meeting minutes - QAC meetings
  • Request space plans, floor plans and DWG sets from client
  • SMS uploads
  • Space Finder - restrict access to rooms onsite during construction
  • Submit JIRA tickets for PMWeb related issues or corrections
  • Shopping cart/Commitment submittals for PO creation (could include pulling together documentation for commitment request, including but not limited to Certificates of Insurance, quotes, etc.)
  • Monitor funding requests - manage/track workflows and alter PM's of delays
  • Photography requests for projects and final submissions
  • Execute the project closeout in coordination with the Project Coordinator; ensuring the project is closed with required documentation within the 90 day closeout deadline
  • Collaboration with the Project Coordinator to ensure projects controls are met each month on projects in assigned region
  • PMWeb Project Assignment Audit - ensuring all details are gathered at the time of project assignment, including but not limited to:
    • LOB Approver
    • Preliminary project scope
    • RM
    • AU / BE confirmation
    • SQFT
    • Project Type

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
