•Translate documentation into clear, structured user stories that Development and QA teams can easily understand.

•Partner with senior-level business stakeholders; able to independently gather and refine requirements.

•Experience with custom-built solutions

•API knowledge (strong plus).

Project Manager Requirements – 40%

•Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

•Familiarity with project management methodologies.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills; responsible for status reporting, KPI tracking, and leading stand-ups for offshore Development and QA teams.
