Job Title: Project Manager Location-Type: Remote (US Based)- 40 hours/ week Start Date Is: Mid September Duration: Contract through end of year (option to extend or convert perm) Compensation Range: $65-70/hour W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship . Job Description:

A strong Project Manager with deep hands-on Asana experience to help Client's Marketing team get its Open Enrollment work organized, and clean up/standardize how ~6 different Marketing pods are using Asana. This is not just someone managing tasks in Asana they need someone comfortable optimizing/configuring workflows and connecting multiple existing boards into a centralized intake/tracking system. Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-4 years Project Management experience; strong traditional PM fundamentals
  • Very strong Asana experience non-negotiable. Needs to understand how to actually optimize/configure workflows, not simply be an Asana user
  • Experience managing highly cross-functional projects with lots of stakeholders/dependencies
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where processes are still being built
  • Strong at risk identification escalation needs to recognize when something is going off track and raise it quickly
  • Strong follow-up, organization and relationship-building skills; will be chasing deliverables across ~20 internal stakeholders plus an external agency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Marketing / creative PM experience will understand the personalities/workflows they're managing
  • Healthcare / Open Enrollment experience bonus, not required
  • Slack workflow/integration experience ideally can help create an intake process that starts in Slack and routes into the appropriate Asana boards
  • Workforce/capacity management experience Client wants visibility into whether teams like email, copy, creative, etc. are overleveraged
  • Salesforce / Marketing Cloud familiarity bonus, but absolutely not what this person is being hired to solve
