• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and substance use issues to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals and backgrounds.

• Collaborate with clients to regularly evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging therapies within the field.

Your role will center on clients in a detox environment, often experiencing significant emotional distress and complex mental health challenges. You will work with a wide range of individuals, including those facing substance use disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
