Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional education and training, contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures that enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, strategies, and foster collaborative problem-solving.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on supporting students from various backgrounds within the school system, including elementary, middle, and high school ages. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will address a wide range of issues affecting students, including but not limited to academic stress, social challenges, family dynamics, and mental health disorders.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program and a current LCSW license are essential for this position.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in a school or similar setting is required.
  • Strong familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to apply these approaches effectively.
  • Proven experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and an understanding of systemic issues impacting mental health.
