You will participate in virtual meetings, collaborative case discussions, and ongoing supervision within a multidisciplinary team. • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and emotional well-being, using standardized assessment tools and therapeutic conversations.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client’s specific goals, preferences, and needs through an individualized approach.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing modalities that best fit the clients’ backgrounds and clinical profiles.
• Regularly track clients’ progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and provide feedback to clients to facilitate their continued development.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and guiding them toward appropriate resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that comply with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients requiring additional resources.
• Stay abreast of the latest research findings and treatment methodologies in mental health to enhance your practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and standards for practice as established by relevant licensing boards.

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. Our clientele includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborators.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor that instills trust and respect among clients.
• A proactive, independent work ethic coupled with a collaborative spirit, essential for success in a remote work environment.
• Thorough understanding of ethical standards and legal regulations concerning mental health practice.
• A strong commitment to participate in ongoing professional development.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health therapy, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with case management systems and electronic health records platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of applicable cultural considerations in mental health treatment.
