Role: Salesforce Developer 
Location: Remote (DMV)
 
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Client Delivery team. In this technical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions, writing Apex code and Lightning Web Components, and delivering high-quality implementations that meet business requirements. This full-time position reports to the Practice Director.
 
Qualifications
•  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
•  Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
•  Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder).
•  Experience with Salesforce integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware platforms preferred.
•  Ability to design scalable, governor-limit-conscious solutions and follow secure coding practices.
•  Familiarity with Git, deployment tools (Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, or CI/CD pipelines), and Agile methodologies.
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•  Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; additional certifications such as Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer I are a plus.
•  U.S. Citizenship required.
