Job Description Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a UX/UI Designer for a W2 contract opportunity. Title: UX/UI Designer Duration: 6-Month Contract Location/Schedule: Remote Job description Position Summary, Execute UX and product design, create wireframes and storyboards as well as high-fidelity designs, and adhere to internal brand and UI standards. The UX/UI designer will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience and should be able to grasp user needs and solve problems.

They will be involved in everything from early brainstorming through to execution and refinement. Essential Responsibilities Develop storyboards, user flows, prototypes and wireframes to specify proposed experiences; includes design object Expertes & rationale, as well as interaction details to facilitate interpretation of your designs Create and optimize new and existing user interface and visual designs, Maintain and evolve all design guidelines for our design properties Present proposed experiences to a range of partners, product managers, business analysts, DelExpertery managers, developers, and marketing, CreatExperte, and Technology teams Quickly acquire a detailed understanding of project scope & business requirements, as well as technology constraints, and incorporate them as you create proposed experiences. Plan, conduct, and report on usability tests and other user research act Expertities; think creatExpertely about how to get user feedback and nimbly incorporate insights into Agile development process Conduct expert analysis and heuristic evaluations of the current state as input to your design recommendations Scope of the work/project: Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person responsible for).

This is a backfill for a UX/UI Designer supporting the Customer Portfolio's digital products. The contractor will design across multiple concurrent product teams - producing mid- and hi-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and dev-ready specs in Figma using our internal design system. Deliverables are design artifacts handed off to engineering, plus maintained documentation in Confluence and Figma.

Typical day: Attend daily stand-ups for assigned product teams, design and iterate in Figma, respond to product owner and accessibility feedback, and collaborate async with designers, researchers, and content partners. Expect regular context-switching between two to four workstreams. Work environment / Team culture (supportive/collaborative, teamwork or individual contributor): Collaborative and supportive, but this person must operate as a self-directed individual contributor.
