• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Engage clients in discussions about their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, assisting them in gaining insights and understanding their relational dynamics.
• Develop client-centered treatment plans by evaluating mental health conditions and leveraging your clinical expertise to implement effective strategies.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, helping them to articulate their goals and navigate any barriers to achieving them.
• Minimize administrative burdens with minimal paperwork; focus primarily on your sessions and essential notes afterward.

Our client base primarily consists of stable adults who have low acuity issues, ensuring that you are equipped to provide effective care without overwhelming circumstances. The role allows you to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients who appreciate structured support and are motivated towards healing and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification issued by a state board; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed professional evaluations and recommend appropriate treatment approaches.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a sympathetic and empathetic demeanor.
• Strong proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with digital counseling platforms.
