We are expanding and seeking Independent Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our remote team. This is a sales‐driven, commission‐only, 1099 contractor role designed for individuals who want autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and a meaningful career helping families.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with warm leads generated through our proven lead system — no cold calling un‐interested prospects
  • Contact prospective clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions
  • Guide clients through the application process and maintain clear communication throughout
  • Build long‐term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify cross‐sell/upsell opportunities

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

  • Commission‐only (no base salary)
  • No caps, quotas, or territory restrictions
  • Average commission per sale: ~$500
  • Additional bonuses and incentives available
