Work Environment

This position specifically offers a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver therapy from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and the creation of tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using proven modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, ensuring that each client receives personalized care.
  • Respond adeptly to mental health crises, providing immediate support and crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, and coordinating care as required.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment progress and assessment results.

Qualifications
