Our representatives work with individuals who have already expressed interest in insurance and benefit programs. Through scheduled phone and virtual appointments, you'll learn about their needs, explain available options, and help them make informed decisions.

Your day may include:

• Connecting with prospective clients through scheduled appointments
• Learning about their needs and discussing suitable insurance and benefit options
• Answering questions and guiding clients through the application process
• Following up with clients and keeping appointment information organized
• Using company systems to manage conversations and client records
• Taking part in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
• Building sales skills while working toward individual performance goals

Qualified leads are provided. No cold calling is required.
