Outback Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst, youโll be the second member of a small analytics team, working closely with our lead analyst on a wide range of projects. The day-to-day centers on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, supporting financial reporting and month-end close, and helping teams across the company make better decisions with data. Over time, thereโs room to grow into data engineering work including ETL pipelines in Microsoft Fabric.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the business
โข Support monthly financial close with reporting and data validation
โข Help maintain and improve Excel-based tools and workflows used across departments
โข Partner with the lead analyst on data modeling, pipeline development, and data quality initiatives
โข Translate business questions into clear, actionable analysis
โข Jump into new and unfamiliar problems as needs arise across the organization
