The Product and Client Solutions team act in between the investment management teams and relationship managers and is responsible for a variety of activities throughout a fund's lifecycle. These activities include defining go-to-market strategies, preparing marketing documentation, and responding to various questions and requests from clients and prospective clients. The team plays a crucial role in successful capital raising for both funds and tailored client solutions, ensuring high-quality client service throughout the process.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, predominantly focusing on secondaries. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of private equity investment solutions, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Your responsibilities as a Secondaries - Product and Client Solutions Specialist include:

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for private markets investment strategies, in particular secondaries, and coordinate capital raising efforts;
  • Develop high-quality fundraising and investor communication materials, including presentations, due diligence questionnaires and investor updates;
  • Produce market research, portfolio insights, and performance analyses to support fundraising narratives and client discussions;
  • Prepare tailored presentations and analysis for clients and prospective investors, addressing specific needs and investment objectives;
  • Collaborate with the investment management, investment controlling, legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent communication and data output;
  • Provide high-quality client services support to a global team of relationship managers.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in business, economics, or similar subject;
  • 2 - 8 years of experience in private markets, consulting, strategy, investment banking, or product management roles;
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment; familiarity with another language is preferred;
  • Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Act as specialist for sub-strategies and coordinate capital raising efforts
  • Develop marketing materials across various product offerings; especially presentations and due diligence questionnaires;
  • Contribute to content creation supporting the capital raising efforts including market research and in-depth portfolio analysis
  • Create customized client presentations and respond to ad-hoc requests from clients, prospect clients and relationship managers
  • Work closely together with the investment management, investment controlling, legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent communication and data output;
  • Provide high-quality client services and support to relationship managers;
  • Ability to interact and present to clients and external facing parties
  • Ability to represent and capture the entire suite of products available across LGT CP
