In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access important benefit programs while building meaningful relationships and providing dependable service.
This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and pre-interested client consultations-no cold outreach or door-to-door sales required. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this role provides a strong path toward a meaningful long-term career from home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
  • Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
  • Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
  • Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
