Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing follow-up support
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and mentorship programs
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using video conferencing platforms and digital tools
  • Passion for service-focused work and helping others
