Entry-Level Project Manager

Our client is a fast-growing DTC apparel brand dedicated to creating high-performance shapewear and apparel that empower women. They are seeking a detail-oriented, digitally savvy Entry-Level Project Manager to help their Growth Creative team deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone organized, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ready to support the coordination of creative projects across multiple channels.

Position Overview

The Entry-Level Project Manager will coordinate workflows for creative projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between designers, copywriters, photographers, and marketing stakeholders. You'll track timelines, organize assets, and maintain Asana boards while gaining hands-on experience in creating product detail pages (PDPs), motion graphics, and other digital marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering creative projects from kickoff to completion
  • Maintain timelines, milestones, and task lists in Asana
  • Ensure clear communication between creative and marketing teams

Digital Creative Support

  • Help coordinate creation of PDPs, motion assets, and marketing creatives
  • Gather creative briefs, references, and assets for production
  • Monitor project progress and flag potential delays

Data & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate project documentation in Excel and Asana
  • Track performance of creative assets
  • Organize final files in shared drives for easy access

Team Collaboration

  • Attend project meetings, take notes, summarize action items, and follow up
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders to keep projects moving

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience (internships welcome)
  • Strong Excel skills for organizing and tracking data
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools (preferred, not required)
  • Interest in creative production, motion graphics, and e-commerce marketing
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work PST hours
