As the Dispute Resolution & Compliance Associate you will assist in maintaining company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

  • 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST

  • This position pays $18 - $20 per hour, based on experience


What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Assist with complaints that are received through the CFPB, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and other agencies.

  • Support requests for credit deletion, and release of liability.

  • Review, research, and respond to consumer disputes accurately and promptly.

  • Email and telephone clients regarding investigation initiation, dispute resolution, or documentation requests.

  • Process various credit reporting and audit reports.

  • Batch documents and disputes to appropriate files.

  • Process written disputes, including identity theft claims received from the consumer or their representative via electronic, EOSCAR, FAX, mail, and email.

A dependable and professional person who writes clearly, researches carefully, manages deadline-driven work, protects accuracy, and can become productive independently in a remote queue-based environment.


What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Strong prioritization and organization skills to handle multiple job responsibilities, competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Possess great written and verbal communication skills, along with strong attention to detail.

  • This is a work-from-home opportunity; however, you must live in Washington, Idaho, Arizona, or Oregon.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Creating reports utilizing Excel

Pay Range:

$16.52 - $25.62

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
