If you're passionate about helping people understand their health insurance options, confident in your ability to guide a sales conversation, and enjoy working from home, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you'll provide consultative sales support to customers exploring health insurance options. We have opportunities available supporting both Medicare and Under 65 health plans, with agents assigned to a program based on business needs, licensing, and experience. • Identify additional customer needs and available solutions when appropriate
  • Build trust with members and prospective customers through clear, compassionate communication
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Protect customer information and follow all applicable privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements
  • Represent BroadPath, a Sagility Company, and our client partners with professionalism and care

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a Telesales environment

  • Confidence assuming the sale and guiding customers through the enrollment process
  • Strong active listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance customer needs with sales and performance expectations
  • Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working productively in a remote environment
