  • Write code, develop custom MCP servers, and handle both Microsoft and non-Microsoft data source connections.
  • Connecting non-Microsoft data sources to the backend of Copilot Studio
  • Own the technical execution of the integrations effort and adapt as requirements evolve in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Technical Requirements
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript/JavaScript with 5+ years of hands-on development experience
  • Microsoft 365 Ecosystem: Deep expertise with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Graph API, Semantic Index, and SharePoint Online integration patterns
  • MCP Server Development: Experience building and deploying custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for AI agent integrations
  • API Integration: Strong background in RESTful API design, OAuth 2.0/MSAL authentication, and webhook implementations
  • Database Technologies: Working knowledge of SQL Server, CosmosDB, or other enterprise database systems
  • Version Control & DevOps: Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
  • Federated Search: Experience implementing federated search solutions across multiple data sources and systems
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to work through technical ambiguity and complex integration challenges without heavy direction
Nice to Have's
  • Experience successfully integrating non-Microsoft tools and platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP) into the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Background developing AI/LLM-powered applications in enterprise environments with measurable business impact
  • Proficiency with Azure services including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and other cloud-native solutions
  • Enterprise Architecture: Understanding of microservices patterns, event-driven architecture, and scalable system design
  • Security & Compliance: Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks, data governance, and compliance requirements (SOC2, GDPR)
  • Monitoring & Observability: Experience with Application Insights, Log Analytics, and performance optimization techniques
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $135,000 $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Comprehensive Benefits Package:

  • Complete medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Professional development budget for continuous learning
  • Regular company-sponsored team events and activities
