What You Will Be Doing:
You will be a part of Lockheed Martin's Sustainment Industrial Engineering team and will influence how modifications, upgrades and overhauls are done on our products. As our business grows, we are looking to expand our industrial engineering team with someone who can help us deliver breakthrough capabilities that redefine our production systems. This talented team member understands data and loves building tools that use data to surface problems and give people a convenient way to act. This is an experienced professional opportunity where you will:
Provide direct flightline and operations floor support, including creation of crew plans, schedule visualizations, and performance metrics to optimize production.
Learn and apply aerospace Industrial Engineering principles to standardize processes and enable data-driven decision making.
Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption while demonstrating results.
Document your work and train stakeholders and peers.
