  • Employ evidence-based screening tools, collaborating with the clinical team to enhance client assessments and interventions.
  • Work in partnership with various programs to create and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans that promote positive client outcomes.
  • Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of our services.
  • Serve as a liaison for clients, connecting them to relevant external service systems, state agencies, and community resources as necessary.
  • Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our services and explore potential alliances, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
  • Advance your professional growth by attending conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities, representing the clinic in statewide meetings related to mental health.
