• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation to comply with regulatory standards, ensuring seamless integration with clinical processes.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools, collaborating with the clinical team to enhance client assessments and interventions.
• Work in partnership with various programs to create and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans that promote positive client outcomes.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of our services.
• Serve as a liaison for clients, connecting them to relevant external service systems, state agencies, and community resources as necessary.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our services and explore potential alliances, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
• Advance your professional growth by attending conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities, representing the clinic in statewide meetings related to mental health.
• Incorporate the agency’s mission, values, and principles into all aspects of daily operations and interactions.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support our overarching mission and values.

The successful candidate will engage with a diverse range of clients, including those facing emotional health challenges, substance misuse, developmental disabilities, and individuals recovering from brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.
• Must have an Independent LMHC License.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.
