Job description

POSITION:
  • Energy Engineer / Recommissioning Agent / PM
LOCATION:
  • Lakewood, CO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ability to apply technical expertise and project leadership to support all recommissioning activities
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with Techs, Engineers, Contractors & Subcontractors, Operation Managers, and Clients
  • Contribute to the development of testing, recommissioning plans, and QA/QC documentation
  • Ability to support the technical analysis, review, measurement, and verification of financially guaranteed projects, and contracting solutions
  • Work effectively with team members on client and opportunity qualification, preliminary and detailed audit scope analysis
  • Lead small team of Controls Technicians and manage all scheduling and coordination
  • Provide team members with energy and financial analysis results for equipment performance, performance contracts, and other contract offerings
  • Create, review and document energy simulation models
  • Perform site walk-throughs and identify energy conservation measures
  • Determine and advise methods for measurement and verification of system performance
  • Investigate, trouble-shoot, and problem solve a wide variety of challenges related to renewable energy designs and integration within existing infrastructures
  • Build and maintain client relationships
