This position is fully remote, enabling therapists to work from any location with a reliable internet connection. You will join a supportive virtual team that emphasizes a therapy-focused model with minimal administrative duties, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality care to your clients. This remote structure also promotes an ideal work-life balance, accommodating your schedule with flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to capture the unique experiences and needs of each patient, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions adapted to the diverse backgrounds and personal circumstances of individual patients.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies!
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options available, and valuable community resources.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in accordance with telehealth regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Your work will center around a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • Active, valid state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Capability to practice independently, managing your caseload effectively while offering high-quality care.
• Demonstrated proficiency in engaging clients and implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and tools for delivering remote care.
• Previous success in providing therapy in a community health setting is a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this position is USD 74,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
