We are seeking a Utility & Commercial Energy Solutions Manager to lead sales and business development for demand response and distributed energy solutions across North America. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering commercially and technically robust solutions that support grid flexibility and customer value creation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies across demand response and distributed generation markets Build relationships with utilities, system operators, aggregators, developers, and large energy users Lead RFP responses and prepare technical and commercial proposals Develop financial models and ROI‐based solutions with internal teams Educate customers on demand response value, including revenue and cost savings Monitor regulations, incentives, and market developments Manage CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy Represent the business at industry events and conferences Collaborate cross‐functionally with engineering and project teams Provide market intelligence to support strategy and product development Qualifications 5+ years' experience in technical sales, energy markets, or power generation Strong knowledge of demand response, distributed generation, and grid technologies Experience with utilities, aggregators, or large energy users Proven success in complex sales and deal closing Strong commercial and financial modelling skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation ability Strong organisation and independent working capability Willingness to travel across North America Degree in Engineering, Business, or Energy (desirable) Familiarity with ISO/RTO markets and energy storage (desirable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
