Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN / Clinical Oversight

Company: XCLNC Healthcare

Compensation: $1,000 Monthly Retainer

Position Summary

XCLNC Healthcare is seeking a Virginia-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight for our Home Care Organization. This position is ideal for an RN looking to supplement their income with a flexible, low-commitment opportunity.

Responsibilities

- Review and sign required nursing assessments.

- Ensure assessments meet Virginia Department of Health and Medicaid standards.

- Provide clinical consultation to agency leadership as needed.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications

- Active, unrestricted Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Home health or home care experience preferred.

- Strong assessment and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet regulatory deadlines.
