Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support, directly at client sites and remotely from home.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, recommending and implementing technological solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student AR module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry.
  • 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Banner Student AR module, demonstrating advanced user proficiency.
  • Experience leading, in part or in full, the strategic implementation of Banner Student AR functionality, orchestrating and overseeing key phases of the process at a college or university.
  • Proven expertise in implementing the Banner Student Accounts module, transforming and automating business processes within the Bursar or Cashier's office.
  • Demonstrated functional experience using the Fee Assessment tools in Banner.
  • Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Banner.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach.
  • The ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing project-based work.
  • Banner SaaS Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of various vendor integrations (payment systems, housing, reporting, etc.)
  • Experience in developing comprehensive reports supporting various student areas using Banner.
  • Proficiency in translating user requirements into technical specifications for our support team.
  • A deep understanding of Banner usage across diverse institutional settings.
  • Demonstrated experience in a consulting role, showcasing the ability to analyze complex issues, provide strategic recommendations, and guide clients through successful implementations.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Benefits (full-time eligibility)

  • The salary range is $90,000 to $120,000, plus an annual bonus. Salary is dependent on experience and geographical location.
