Our outpatient office setting thrives on the utilization of technology to provide seamless telehealth services, allowing you to connect meaningfully with clients across various demographics. You will be equipped with user-friendly telehealth platforms, ensuring secure and effective therapy sessions.

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, supporting accountability and high service standards.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care practices.
• Participate in optional virtual team meetings and peer consultation groups to foster a culture of collaborative learning and professional growth.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards that align with Pennsylvania’s LPC regulations and uphold the highest levels of clinical integrity.

As a Remote LPC at Fontana Psychological Services, you will have the distinct privilege of working with a diverse caseload, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, and more. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and you will apply culturally competent practices to effectively engage and support each individual’s unique journey toward healing.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Pennsylvania is required.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is necessary.
• Experience in delivering therapy through telehealth platforms is strongly preferred, though candidates open to receiving training will also be considered.
• Organizational skills, self-motivation, and the capability to work independently are crucial for success in this remote position.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities pertinent to mental health best practices.
• A commitment to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered clinical practice.

• At least two years of working experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Demonstrated expertise in treating a variety of mental health disorders and implementing effective therapeutic strategies.
• Experience in working within a telehealth framework and using digital tools for client engagement.

The Remote LPC position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $90,000, dependent on experience and clinical specialties. Full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
