• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans aligned with each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of clients’ well-being.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant workshops, training, and staying abreast of the latest research in mental health.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance service delivery and foster a culture of collaborative learning.

Our counselors will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations that govern counseling practice.

• The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
