We'reย looking for a skilledย Email & Web Specialistย toย ownย the technical execution of our digital marketing presence.ย You'llย splitย your time between buildingย and deployingย email programsย inย HubSpot and developingย website pagesโ€”making sure every touchpoint is polished, on-brand, and performing. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves living at the intersection of marketing and technology.ย Youโ€™llย work closely with the Email Marketing Manager andย Website Marketing Manager.ย 
What Youโ€™ll Do
Email Development (HubSpot)ย 
  • Build emails in HubSpot using established templatesย whileย ensuring content, links, and formatting areย accurateย before deploymentย 
  • Schedule and deploy email campaigns, including managing send timesย andย audience lists/segmentation within HubSpotย 
  • Implement personalization tokens, smart content, and dynamic fields to improve relevance and engagementย 
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, and CTAs; analyze results and apply learningsย 
  • Maintain list segmentation and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR best practicesย 
  • QA emails thoroughly before deployment across devices and email clientsย 
Website Developmentย 
  • Build andย maintainย landing pages, website pages, and content components within the CMSย (expertiseย inย Sitecore and/or Liferayย strongly preferred but willingness to learn isย a must)ย 
  • Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and brand guidelines into polished, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptย 
  • Work withinย CMS platformย componentย system to create and update page templates and renderingsย 
  • Partner with back-end developers or a development team as needed to implement new functionalityย 
  • Optimizeย pages for performance, SEO, and conversionย 
  • Support campaign launches by building dedicated landing pages and thankย you pagesย 
Generalย 
  • Assistย Website Marketing Managerย in monitoringย and reportingย on email and web performanceย metrics;ย surface insights and recommendationsย 
  • Stay current on HubSpot platform updates,ย CMSย best practices, and web standardsย 

Application Requirements
Core Requirements
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in a marketing development, email development,ย and/or web development roleย 
  • Hands-onย proficiencyย with HubSpot Marketing Hub (HubSpot certifications a plus)ย 
  • Experience building and managing pages in Sitecoreย and/or Liferayย CMSย ย 
  • Solid command of HTML and CSS for email; familiarity with email rendering quirks across clientsย 
  • Working knowledge of front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptย 
  • Experience building responsive, accessible web pages and emailsย 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation concepts: workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoringย is a plusย 
Bonus Experience
  • Experience with Litmus for email testingย 
  • Familiarity with Sitecore's personalization or analytics featuresย 
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)ย 
  • Basic understanding of HubSpot CRM and contact/list managementย 
  • Experience working with a design system orย componentย libraryย 
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)ย
