As a Remote Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Collaborating closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing them with ongoing support, feedback, and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Employing a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and motivational interviewing, adapting your approach to the client's preferences and objectives.
• Maintaining accurate and timely electronic records of therapy sessions and client progress to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and present with an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will work with individuals of all age groups, helping them navigate their unique experiences and guiding them towards improved mental health outcomes. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience and recovery.

The ideal candidate will need to possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to establish rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Empathy, understanding, and a client-centered approach in handling sensitive topics during therapy.

While not mandatory, experience in providing remote therapy or using telehealth platforms will be a significant advantage. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and an understanding of privacy considerations in telehealth care will help you transition smoothly into our practice.
