• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by assessing client needs, goals, and mental health challenges with the aim of achieving optimal outcomes.
• Continuously monitor client progress, providing ongoing support and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on response to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic client records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
• Collaborate regularly with other professionals in the mental health field, engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork to deliver comprehensive care.
• Adhere strictly to ethical and legal standards in the delivery of mental health services, safeguarding client confidentiality and trust.

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
