• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in accordance with professional associations and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Document session progress and outcomes meticulously, ensuring that accurate progress notes are completed promptly following client encounters.
• Collaborate with community resources and services to facilitate comprehensive treatment options for clients requiring additional support.
• Contribute to program development and implementation by proposing new initiatives and group therapy topics that align with client needs.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will apply tailored therapeutic strategies to support clients from different backgrounds, emphasizing a client-centered approach that respects their unique narratives and promotes their growth.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Applicants must possess an independent mental health license: LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
• Demonstrated ability to complete thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes, within designated timeframes.

• Prior experience providing mental health counseling in a community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record software can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of multicultural counseling approaches will be an advantage.
