Cummings Electrical is hiring Traveling Journeyman Electricians! ($2,500 Sign-On Bonus!)

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, one-line diagrams, and project specifications
  • Bend and install EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit
  • Pull wire and complete terminations for panels, transformers, switchgear, and electrical equipment
  • Install lighting, power distribution, branch circuits, and electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform quality installations
  • Lead and mentor apprentice electricians on the jobsite
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment while following NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards
  • Work with project managers and foremen to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Qualifications
  • Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
  • Commercial electrical experience as a licensed Journeyman Electrician
  • Strong conduit bending and installation skills
  • Experience with transformers, wire pulling, equipment terminations, and switchgear
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Ability to lead apprentices and work independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel for projects
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
