The Electrical Designer/CAD Draftsperson positions require them to draft detailed drawings for our organization. The responsibilities include understanding written and verbal instructions, drafting technical drawings, implementing feedback from engineers and designers, visiting sites, keeping up to date with CAD software, and working hours necessary to meet deadlines. You should be able to explain technical aspects clearly to both the team and the client.
ResponsibilitiesThis position is required to be highly knowledgeable of various CAD software formats. Ability to develop the required Electrical Distribution and Design documents necessary for heavy industrial systems based on direction provided by others. Desired skills and abilities include: Developing technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, written and oral communication skills, ability to plan and organize work, ability to identify potential problems, ability to troubleshoot existing problems, withstand constructive criticism, ability to work with others in a team environment or individually, ability to work overtime and travel when necessary.
