• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, adjusting techniques to suit their unique needs and preferences.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, considering various therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor progress through regular assessments, adjusting plans as needed based on client feedback and developments.
• Maintain thorough and organized client records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or social workers, to create an integrated approach to client care that addresses diverse needs.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the mental health field, applying current best practices in therapy.

In this role, you will work with a varied clientele, encompassing individuals of all ages who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and other mental health challenges. Each client brings their unique stories and backgrounds, providing you with the opportunity to make a significant difference in lives that need support. Your work will empower clients to develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health and well-being.

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proficiency in using technology for conducting remote sessions and managing client records effectively.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

• Experience delivering individual therapy, particularly in a remote setting, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems or telehealth applications is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
