Job Description
  • Responsible for the off-site platform operation of creators of HoYoverse in North America, maintain and expand overseas creator resources, coordinate with the team to formulate and plan platform activities, ensure creator activity rate, and be responsible for production indicators
  • Develop educational tools for content creators to help them understand the production's direction, collaborate with team members to improve the quality of content creation.
  • Use data and platform tools to identify high potential content creators and train top level creators for HoYoverse
  • Collaborate with PM, Marketing and other teams to enhance the content impact with promotion for content creators of HoYoverse

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in English is a must
  • More than 3 years of work experience in the media industry or Internet company; prior experience in trending applications or game company is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills
  • Passionate about the gaming industry with clear insights into games in different genres and good understanding of the global player-base
  • Committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative and ownership
