Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead EDI and B2B discovery workshops with customer service, sales, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, finance, IT, OEM, and supplier stakeholders.

Document current-state and future-state EDI processes, transaction flows, trading-partner requirements, exception procedures, and operational support requirements.

Design inbound EDI integrations for OEM schedules, releases, purchase orders, order changes, forecasts, shipping schedules, invoices, and related business documents.

Design outbound EDI integrations for order acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, shipment status, inventory reports, functional acknowledgments, and other customer/supplier communications.

Configure and support Oracle Fusion Collaboration Messaging Framework, B2B message definitions, trading partners, delivery methods, transformation requirements, and message monitoring.

Coordinate EDI mapping and integration development using Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle B2B, managed EDI service providers, VANs, middleware platforms, or external integration partners.

Establish requirements for connectivity, including AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, APIs, certificates, encryption, authentication, and trading-partner communications.

Define error handling, reconciliation, duplicate prevention, message replay, reprocessing, alerting, operational monitoring, and escalation procedures.

Support OEM and supplier partner onboarding, testing, certification, cutover, and production stabilization.

Develop functional design documents, interface specifications, mapping workbooks, test scripts, cutover checklists, runbooks, and support documentation.

Lead SIT, UAT, end-to-end integration testing, negative testing, high-volume testing, and production-readiness activities.

Collaborate closely with Oracle Order Management, WMS, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain Collaboration, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable workstreams.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of EDI, B2B integration, or enterprise application-integration experience.

3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, Procurement, Order Management, Collaboration Messaging, Oracle B2B, or Oracle Integration Cloud experience.

Strong hands-on experience with ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT message standards.

Experience with automotive transactions such as 830, 850, 855, 856, 810, 862, 824, 997, 940, and 945.

Experience with EDI mapping, transformation, validation, error handling, partner onboarding, and production support.

Knowledge of EDI connectivity protocols and security practices, including AS2, SFTP, REST APIs, SOAP web services, certificates, encryption, and authentication.

Understanding of integration patterns involving Oracle Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Manufacturing, and Financials.

Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience.

Experience with Ford, GM, Stellantis, Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, or other OEM-specific EDI requirements.

Experience with OpenText/GXS, IBM Sterling, Cleo, SPS Commerce, Seeburger, TrueCommerce, or similar EDI platforms.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Integration Cloud certification or practical OIC implementation experience.

Experience with automotive releases, shipping schedules, CUM processes, ASNs, labels, and OEM shipment compliance.
