Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience not required we will train the right person with the right skill set.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
