Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are excited to partner with ourclient supporting their customer service project inhiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Mesa, Arizona. Must be available 6 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and located in Arizona available to work remotely.
If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with opportunities for advancement. Whether assisting customers by phone, email, or chat, you'll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences.
Please note that the interview and training will be in person although the position is a remote opporutunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver a positive, friendly, and solution-focused experience with every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Learn and stay current on products, services, and company procedures.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve service goals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months to one year of customer service or contact centre experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Must be available 6 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and available within Arizona to work remotely.
  • Ability to work onsite in a dynamic fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • This position pays $18.00 per hour.
