Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that create a safe space for clients to express themselves, share experiences, and support one another.
• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions, helping clients explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and establish actionable plans for their goals.
• Treatment Planning: Work with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and personal aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and evaluations.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with fellow team members to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and exchange valuable insights that enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Span Health Network, you will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30. This demographic often faces transitional challenges and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress related to significant life changes. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in fostering resilience, promoting healing, and inspiring hope within this vulnerable population.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling, particularly with young adults, is highly valued.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services.
• Background in evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and holistic approaches.
• Familiarity with assessment tools specific to adolescent and young adult mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off to promote work-life balance.
