This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates are based on available placement opportunities upon completion of the application process.
As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:
  • Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
  • Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships
  • Evaluate levels of speech and language
  • Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs
  • Document sessions and record data on progress towards IEP goals
  • Meet with personnel at the school or district to transmit information about student progress

Requirements
  • Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • One of the following:
    • California SLP License
    • Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (CL-879)
    • ASHA CCC-SLP
  • Complete a Live Scan Fingerprint with Fullmind
  • Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
  • Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context
  • Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace
  • Knowledge of IDEA and California special education law/Ed Code requirements
  • Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
