• Conduct weekly live, evidence-based therapy sessions with clients, employing your expertise in CBT and other therapeutic modalities to foster emotional healing.

• Collaborate closely with Brightside’s psychiatric providers and fellow counselors, working as part of an integrated care team to address the mental health needs of clients proactively.

• Utilize automatic symptom assessments and progress measures to continuously evaluate and adapt treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation via a user-friendly counselor portal that includes digital tools for efficient record-keeping.

• Participate in ongoing training and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring you have the support you need to thrive in your role.

Your role will involve working predominantly with adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your ability to provide personalized, culturally sensitive therapy will help clients achieve their treatment goals. By utilizing tools that monitor client progress and satisfaction, you will be positioned to adapt your methods to best fit the unique challenges faced by each individual.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Oregon.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated two years of counseling experience, particularly in a mental health setting.

• Proven ability to deliver telehealth services effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.

• Prior involvement in crisis intervention or management, especially using frameworks like CAMS.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technologies.
