As our eCommerce Specialist, you'll help bring promotions, products, and digital content to life while ensuring BeautyBrands.com provides an engaging, accurate, and seamless customer experience. You'll collaborate across Marketing, Merchandising, IT, and Operations to support the day-to-day execution of our digital business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of BeautyBrands.com using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Execute online promotions and content updates according to the promotional calendar.
  • Merchandise products, collections, and categories to optimize the customer shopping experience.
  • Maintain product content, landing pages, banners, and site navigation.
  • Perform quality assurance testing for promotions, pricing, product information, and website updates.
  • Monitor website functionality and communicate issues with IT and external partners.
  • Assist with website analytics, reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve site performance.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising and Inventory teams to ensure accurate product availability and inventory visibility online.
  • Partner with Marketing to support email campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional launches through timely and accurate website execution.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, or website management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred; experience with comparable ecommerce platforms will also be considered.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar web analytics platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital merchandising.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with HTML, Photoshop, or Figma is a plus.
  • Retail or omnichannel experience preferred.
