With a 100% remote team, a high-performance culture, and exciting brands to work with, we offer an environment where your work truly moves the needle.Become part of a team that values:Data-driven decision makingRelentless focus on client growthCollaboration across strategy, creative, and executionLeadership, autonomy, and personal ownershipWhat you'll do as Amazon Graphic Designer:Create best-in-class Amazon visuals: product listings, A+ Content, Storefronts, ads, and Brand Story elements.Design using Figma as your central hub for collaboration and creation.Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce product mockups, infographics, ads, and brand collateral.Enhance imagery with generative AI tools in Photoshop and Midjourney-bring creative prompts to life with striking visuals.Apply photo manipulation techniques to optimize product visuals for ecommerce performance.Follow Amazon's evolving design guidelines and platform-specific best practices.Maintain a deep understanding of how each Amazon asset contributes to the buyer journey and conversion.Partner closely with internal teams (Account Management, Strategy, Paid Media) to ensure alignment with brand strategy and client objectives.Present your design rationale with clarity-translate creative decisions into performance outcomes.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:2+ years of design experience (Amazon or ecommerce focus highly preferred).Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling across product pages, brand assets, and digital campaigns.Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Working knowledge of Figma and Midjourney.Experience with photo manipulation using generative AI tools.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong communication and feedback integration abilities.Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hoursPreferred:Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.Motion graphics or short-form video editing skills.Experience working with ecommerce metrics (CTR, CVR).Understanding of UX design principles for marketplace users.Ready to join a team that's scaling faster than ever?
