This full-time, remote position offers an annual salary in the range of $70,000 to $100,000, and includes a sign-on bonus for new hires. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide consultation as needed for pre-crisis and crisis planning, including risk assessments and positive behavior support plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that aligns with regulatory standards to foster transparency and accountability.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to ensure effective therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support strategies that enhance client engagement.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our standards of excellence in mental health services.
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate a seamless continuum of care for clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state agencies, as well as community organizations, to promote our programs and identify potential partnerships.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the agency at community events.
• Affirm and integrate our organization’s mission, values, and principles in all professional interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational initiatives and client care.

The clients you will work with represent a diverse demographic, encompassing individuals seeking support for mental health disorders, those in recovery from substance use, and persons living with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
