We are looking for candidates with 7-10 years of professional experience. We are seeking a highly skilled UX/Product Designer to support the modernization of internal tools used by Member Service Representatives. This work supports the transition away from a legacy system that is reaching end of life, replacing it with modern, scalable, and user-centered solutions. This role will partner closely with User Experience, Product Management, and Engineering teams to design efficient, intuitive tools that improve employee workflows and enhance the overall service experience for members. The contractor will work with teams leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and deliver high-quality, development-ready design solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
