Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Videographer to capture high-quality video and audio across corporate offices and active manufacturing plant environments. You will be responsible for bringing top-tier equipment (including lighting, teleprompter, and audio gear), capturing dynamic footage on set, and either executing post-production edits or delivering raw, high-quality assets to post-production teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced corporate environments, possesses the technical capability to manage challenging audio environments (e.g., plant floor background noise).
  • Estimated Frequency/Cadence: At least 1 LA-based shoot per month (video interview of CEO for example), US-based travel required for some shoots
  • First Project Date: The week of August 24th.

Key Details
• Location: Diamond Bar, CA / Greater Los Angeles area.
• Immediate Project: Full-day shoot in Stockton, CA on week of August 24 (Travel expenses paid).
• Ongoing Engagement: At least 1 LA-based shoot per month, US-based travel required for some shoots.
• Compensation: $60-80/hr (dependent on experience and capabilities)
Core Responsibilities
• On-Set Filming: Capture crisp, corporate-grade B-roll, interview footage, and executive messaging in both corporate office and high-noise, dynamic manufacturing plant settings.
• Audio & Lighting Management: Set up professional lighting and audio configurations on location; demonstrate acute attention to detail to fix lighting or noise issues during filming.
• Resourceful Shot Coverage & Course Correction: Think like an editor while behind the camera; actively capture redundant shot options, extra B-roll, and cutaways to guard against footage shortages and adapt on the fly if a scene or environment isn't panning out.
• Post-Production / Asset Delivery: Perform full post-production edits (e.g. color correction, noise reduction, etc.) OR organize and deliver high-quality raw assets for external editors as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Producer and corporate teams, staying responsive via Teams, Outlook email throughout project lifecycles.
Gear & Technical Requirements
• Must own/provide full production kit: professional 4K camera setup, multi-point lighting kit, and high-quality audio equipment (lavaliers, directional mics). Drone capabilities a plus.
• Strong post-production capabilities, with specific expertise in audio noise reduction for noisy industrial backgrounds.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience in corporate video production (industrial or manufacturing background is a plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and curious on set.
• Flexibility to travel across the U.S. for scheduled plant shoots.
• Ability to adapt and be resourceful; highly proactive on set-able to course-correct in high-noise or shifting environments while maintaining high standards for volume and variety of deadline-driven content.
