This position is a remote role based within the school setting, allowing for flexible engagement with families and children. Utilizing a coaching model, our LCSWs deliver support in natural environments, ensuring that children receive tailored interventions aligned with their developmental needs. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to promote seamless care coordination and enhance service delivery.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children aged birth to three, identifying developmental delays and creating appropriate intervention strategies.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they reflect evidence-based practices and family priorities.
• Monitor and track outcomes throughout the intervention process, adjusting strategies as needed to respond to the child's evolving developmental status.
• Establish rapport and build trusting relationships with children and their families, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Provide families with vital information, practical skills, and emotional support to enhance their child's development and navigate available resources.
• Utilize effective coaching techniques and natural learning environment methods to promote children's skills during everyday activities.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards for health and safety.

Your primary focus will be on young children experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. You will engage with families to provide targeted early intervention services, an essential aspect of our approach to ensuring that children meet critical developmental milestones. Your expertise will directly influence the trajectory of their growth and development during these crucial early years.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel as needed for home visits and community engagement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with families and team members.
• A respectful approach to collaboration, recognizing the value of diverse perspectives and experiences.
