Work Environment

This position is a remote role based within the school setting, allowing for flexible engagement with families and children. Utilizing a coaching model, our LCSWs deliver support in natural environments, ensuring that children receive tailored interventions aligned with their developmental needs. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to promote seamless care coordination and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for children aged birth to three, identifying developmental delays and creating appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they reflect evidence-based practices and family priorities.
  • Monitor and track outcomes throughout the intervention process, adjusting strategies as needed to respond to the child's evolving developmental status.
  • Establish rapport and build trusting relationships with children and their families, fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Provide families with vital information, practical skills, and emotional support to enhance their child's development and navigate available resources.
  • Utilize effective coaching techniques and natural learning environment methods to promote children's skills during everyday activities.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards for health and safety.

Qualifications
